## The Home Page ###Legacy of Light In 2010, Kate Colfs and her brothers, John and Paul Doody and nephew Patrick Doody, got together to plan an exhibition which would highlight the photographic legacy and talent that had come through their family from the pioneer photographers represented by their great-grandfather, professional photographer, Christopher Roggenkamp.

And so, ‘A Legacy of Light – Five Generations of Photographers 1863 - 2012’ was born.

The exhibition featured the photographic work of five generations of the family: Christopher Roggenkamp - first generation, Norman Roggenkamp - second generation, Kevin Doody - third generation, Kate Colfs (Doody), John and Paul Doody - fourth generation, and Patrick Doody - fifth generation.

It traced the historic, cultural and artistic journey of these five generations of photographers in one family as well as preserving and providing access to a significant collection of photographs covering a 150 year period from the early 1860’s to the present day.

This unique body of work also looks at the changing ways photography has been used through the generations to document our lives, our history, our good times and our sad times.

###Legacy of Light - Touring Exhibition The amazing response to the Warwick exhibition raised the opportunity to take the exhibition further and to a bigger audience, this has now happened.... with the support of ArtsLink Queensland the exhibition has been customised to go on the road and to that much bigger audience. Travelling to the far corners of Queensland and possibly into New South Wales the exhibition will accessible to many more. ####The Exhibition Touring Programme for 2013 and 2014 includes
